Ricci Stevens

Ricci Stevens served over 20 years in the United States Navy as an Electrician's Mate advancing to Electrician's Mate Chief Petty Officer and served at the following duty stations and commands:  USS Osprey (MHC-51); Service School Command Great Lakes, IL; USS GONZALEZ (DDG-66), USS LABOON (DDG-58); Afloat Training Command Norfolk, VA; and finally on USS DONALD COOK (DDG-75).  His assignments included duties as Electrical Maintenance Man, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Instructor, Electrical Maintenance Leading Chief Petty Officer, Afloat Trainer, Afloat Training Team Leader, Maintenance Material Management Coordinator, Duty Section Leader, and Senior Enlisted Watchbill Coordinator.

After retiring from the Navy, he attended Texas A&M University in College Station, studying for his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in History with a minor in Geography.  During his time in College Station he worked for the school Veteran Services Office.  Upon completion of his full time studies in May 2017, he continued in the Veteran's Education field joining Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi as the school's Veteran Affairs Coordinator.
